Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing today to complain of the poor service I received from your delivery company. First, I delivered 2 tons of catfishes on 9 March 2012 to Thailand and my clients informed that they haven’t received it. They had already checked the receipt number everyday after it. Second, I visited one of your office at Dragon street 310 on 12 March 2012 then I still didn’t have a satisfaction completely about the problem. Your party told that I must wait about 3 days.
I am most annoyed that I wasted my days waiting and contacting for a further information about my shipment. My impression of your company has been tarnished, and I am now concerned about your responsibility to contact me yet solve this problem as fast as possible.
I trust this is not the way that Catfish Delivery Company wishes to conduct business with valued customers—I have been with you since the company was founded and have never encountered such treatment before. I would welcome the opportunity to discuss matters further and to learn of how you propose to prevent a similar situation from recurring. I look forward to hearing from you.
